When you’re caring for someone, it can be hard to find the right information.
The Community Navigation Scheme is an information giving and signposting project. Our Community Navigators link Wokingham residents up to social or physical activities in your community.
‘M was a carer for her husband and son with physical and learning disabilities, M was in a very low mood and said she would be interested in craft classes and was referred to the Virtual Village Hall and also the Carers Hub. M reported back that she was grateful and stated – ‘I feel like I’m getting there’.
