If you or anyone you know is interested in working for a large, busy and proactive Parish Council we currently have a part time vacancy.

  • We have  created a new part time post of Deputy Clerk to support and deputise for the Clerk and Responsible Finance Officer. This role will include involvement with the financial affairs and the general management of the Council, and with the work of the Amenities, Rights of Way and Roads & Road Safety Committees, depending on skills and experience.We would like a highly motivated, innovative, organised and community focused applicant to undertake this key role and candidates will need to hold or be prepared to work towards the Certificate in Local Council Administration (CiLCA) qualification. This part time post is initially for 60 hours per month with a salary from £32,910 pro rata depending on skills and experience.
