To commemorate the Platinum Jubilee of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, we are announcing the Finchampstead Parish Platinum Jubilee Awards to give recognition to those that have made a significant contribution to the Finchampstead Community.

Who can be nominated:
Nominees can be individuals or groups (from within or outside the Finchampstead area) that have made an outstanding contribution to the Finchampstead community. Finchampstead Parish Councillors cannot be nominated. The nominator must be a Finchampstead resident.
The nomination criteria:
A significant contribution to the Finchampstead community could be any or all, of the following:
- Long and sustained service to the community or part of it.
- Achievements or actions of an inspiring nature to the local community.
- Activities which have brought benefits to the Finchampstead area and/or its people.

The awards will be presented by the Chair of the Parish Council, Councillor Simon Weeks, at the Finchampstead Parish Council Annual Gathering for Parishioners to be held in late May or early June 2022.
